We just completed a fantastic 2 week tour of Sri Lanka from the ancient cities to the hill country and to the southern beaches. Nishantha was great from the start in organising a wonderful schedule according to our needs and interests, there were many extra mini tours and stops along the way that we enjoyed very much. Nishantha was more a friend than a travel agent who helped with the travel arrangements.
I must say Nishantha did an excellent job in the preparation of the tour within a short time since I reached out to Nishantha.
My kids loved the welcome gift Nishantha gave us. My wife and I were pleasently surprised when Nishantha mentioned he will be accompanying us... was like traveling with a friend.
Though a 'arranged tour' there was so much flexibility along the way that it was better than a self drive holiday.

Sri Lanka is a beautiful island with a lot of potential. Apart from various parks where different plants and wildlife can be spotted, you can enjoy ancient cultural remnants of previous capitols and temples. But also the Sri Lanka of today is a very interesting melting pot of different religions that harmoniously coexist, each with their own remarkable places of worship. To top it all up the landscape with extended rice and tea fields, jungles that inhabit many unique ecosystems, and shores with beautiful beaches and marine wildlife make it a very desirable destination for a vacation.
We spent almost three weeks there, that were organised by Taprobane Tours & Travels. They proved to be very professional and reliable. The advantage of a regional operator is that—apart from the ‘must sees’—they also can include the ‘hidden gems’ in the itinerary. What was also important for us was that our money benefitted the Sri Lankans and not some large western tour organisation.
All in all we had a very enjoyable trip. We have seen very many interesting things, were introduced to the Sri Lankan culture and got acquainted with locals and the local kitchen. We can surely recommend the services of Taprobane Tours & Travels to everybody who is planning a visit to Sri Lanka and is really interested in what the island has to offer.

We joined the above tour with TTT. We enjoyed every moment of it. We did not have to worry about anything as everything was well organized. Ranga was excellent, he drove us around very safely.
