We just completed a fantastic 2 week tour of Sri Lanka from the ancient cities to the hill country and to the southern beaches. Nishantha was great from the start in organising a wonderful schedule according to our needs and interests, there were many extra mini tours and stops along the way that we enjoyed very much. We had a very comfortable transportation and a great chauffeur who recommended the very best for us. There was very good communication and clear advice from the start of the booking process to the end of the tour. Myself and friends booked a two week tour around the whole of Sri Lanka with Taprobane. From the beginning, Nishantha was an excellent communicator, happy to meet all our requests. He booked the right driver, a very comfortable private vehicle and wonderful accommodation across the whole journey.
He handled all the details personally and made sure daily that we were happy with the arrangements he’d made. Any issues we had during our trip was resolved promptly by him.
The trip was extremely competitively priced and the group, made up of people from the UK, Canada, Germany, Australia and the US were all very pleased with the trip Nishantha organised.
Fully recommend his services for any travel plans you have in Sri Lanka.

You cannot find a better tour operator than this while you travel Sri Lanka!!! Nishanta is an amazing guide, he care a lot to give you a wonderful experience. He will you explain everything you need about the country and what you will visit. I also strongly recommend, if you stay in Negombo, to choose for his accommodation, he and his wife will let you feel properly what "hospitality" means

This has been my best experience as a traveler so far.
I have stayed in Number 01 by Taprobane and also booked tours to Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Galle/Bentota/Hikkaduwa and Negombo.
Overall experience has been fascinating. I have always felt at home during stay. Nishantha and his family have gone above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
The tours were also perfectly planned. The timings and places chosen were spot on and each tour was worth every penny.
If I visit Sri Lanka again or if any of friends visit Sri Lanka again, then Nishantha is to-go-person who will take care of all aspects to ensure a memorable holiday experience.

In February 2020, I was responsible for bringing a high profile international delegation from the Anglican Communion to Sri Lanka for a conference. Taprobane Tours & Travels was consulted to provide an experience of Sri Lanka and its cultural heritage. Through a tailor-made itinerary and program which included a trip to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka, the Temple of Tooth, a tea estate and factory, and a cultural night with fabulous dance concert, the delegation was given fantastic experience of Sri Lanka and its culture. I took a one week tour with Taprobane to the south coast of Sri Lanka. Nishantha booked a custom itinerary of locations and lodgings that reflected my interests in archeological and natural sites. The price was reasonable and the personal attention was outstanding. I look forward to another tour with Taprobane in the future.

Thank you Nishantha and Anuradhi for arranging the most wanted pilgrimage to Madhu. That was the first time I went. The other places in Omantai, the Talaimannar pier, Keeri beach, the wind mills and other beautiful churches, were of great value to the ones who had been for the first time. The accommodation, food, and the extras were well organised. Well done Taprobane Tours and Travels for all you've done to make our stay pleasant and happy. God bless you all.
